Hi! I’m Jenna Salsedo, LSW
I listen to you. This may sound simple – but for many, feeling heard is the very first step towards positive change.

I am warm, welcoming, and approachable. Patients and friends alike, have always noted that I am easy to talk to, understanding and non-judgemental -- always eager to make everyone feel comfortable.

I support patients in an ongoing relational process, focusing on positive change and goals, and overall satisfaction in personal and professional relationships. I tailor my approach to each patient – matching you with actionable tools to take with you outside of our sessions. Our time working together will be just that – a continuous, interactive, and empathetic dialogue architecting the change in which you aim to achieve in this space.

My therapeutic relationships all wear an interactive and supportive style, aiming to make therapy engaging, meaningful, and transformative. I believe that every person is capable of change, transformation, and has the right to self-determination. There is no one in this world who knows you better than you know yourself. Consideration, kindness, and helping others are strong values in my practice.

I received my Bachelors with Honors from New York University, majoring in Organizational Behavior and Change, and completed my Masters in Social Work with Honors at Yeshiva University in New York.
